Over the last year, even though business is very strong and seems to be fully recovered from COVID impacts, they have raised prices across the menu, started charging you for incidentals (extra lettuce?), eliminated deals (Tuesday $.99 margs are gone and the before 5:00/after 8:00 BOGO has been dropped), and do other little things (the Thursday “Fajita Special” seems like a great deal until you realize it’s not the same size as a normal order) that in aggregate seem to be designed to run off customers like us. Thats why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers markets. on my AMEX) we are very dissatisfied with how Rio Bravo’s ownership seems to be taking advantage of their loyal customers. We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. As long-time customers, 2+ times a week for the last 3 years (we’ve spent over $3000 there in 2021, I am embarrassed to say - I looked it up. It's too bad that I have to post this, but I guess nothing great lasts forever.
